Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of getmefundednow.com (the “Site”) and our application platform. By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. What the Site is

The Site lets registered businesses apply for the purchase of future receivables. Submitting an application is a request, not a commitment: no funding relationship exists unless and until both parties execute a written agreement. Any amounts, costs, or durations shown on the Site or in an offer are estimates or examples until that agreement is signed.

2. Eligibility and business use

  • The Site is for business use only. Our product is a commercial transaction between businesses, not a consumer product.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and an owner or authorized signer of a registered business (LLC, corporation, or partnership) with a valid EIN.
  • You must provide accurate, complete information. Providing another person’s information without authority, or materially false information about your business, is grounds for decline and may be unlawful.

3. Application review and decisions

Applications are reviewed by our personnel. Decisions are made at our discretion, and we may decline any application, request additional information, or withdraw an offer before execution. If we take adverse action based in whole or in part on a consumer report, we will provide the notices required by applicable law.

4. Authorizations you give during the application

  • Bank connection: you authorize the read-only retrieval of account data described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Soft credit inquiry: you authorize a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit score, when you check the authorization box in the application.
  • Communications: you consent to receive application-related text messages and emails per the consents presented in the application. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Electronic records: as described in our E-Sign Consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access another person’s or business’s application or data;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or interfere with its operation;
  • Use automated means to submit applications or scrape the Site;
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by FundingMatrix LLC or its licensors. You may use the Site for its intended purpose; no other license is granted.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or accounting advice; figures shown before an executed agreement are estimates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of your use of the Site will not exceed [LIABILITY CAP — counsel to set], and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to an executed funding agreement, which contains its own terms.

9. Governing law and disputes
