Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures

This consent applies to your application with FundingMatrix LLC, doing business as GetMeFundedNow (“we,” “us”), and, if you are funded, to the agreement and related notices. You accept it by checking the electronic-records consent box in the application.

1. What you are consenting to

Receiving all records relating to your application and any funding agreement electronically — including disclosures, offers, the agreement itself, receipts, and servicing notices — rather than on paper.
Signing documents electronically. Your electronic signature (typed, drawn, or click-to-sign) has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state UETA laws.

2. Hardware and software you need

A device with a current web browser and an internet connection;
A valid email address and a mobile phone that receives text messages;
Software that can display PDF files;
Storage or a printer if you wish to keep copies.

If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you can no longer access your records, we will notify you and you may withdraw consent without charge.

3. Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing support@getmefundednow.com with the subject “Withdraw e-sign consent.” Withdrawal takes effect within [e.g. 5 business days] and does not affect the validity of records delivered or signed before it takes effect. Because our application process is electronic, withdrawing consent before submission means we will be unable to process your application.

4. Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any record we provided electronically by emailing us. Paper copies are provided [free of charge / for a fee of $X per document].

5. Keeping your contact information current

You agree to keep a current email address and mobile number on file with us, and to notify us at support@getmefundednow.com if either changes.
