ACH Authorization
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE] · Last updated: August 3, 2026
1. What this authorizes
By signing the authorization presented with your funding agreement, the business identified in the agreement (“Merchant”) authorizes FundingMatrix LLC and its payment processor to originate ACH entries to the business deposit account Merchant designated (the “Account”):
- A credit for the purchase price, delivered to the Account after the agreement is executed;
- Periodic debits collecting the remittance described in the agreement — the specified percentage of Merchant’s deposits, collected [daily / weekly per agreement] as an estimated amount that is trued up through reconciliation;
- Adjustment entries to correct errors and to implement any reconciliation of the remittance amount, up or down, under the agreement’s reconciliation provision.
2. The debit amount is an estimate tied to a percentage
What Merchant owes each period is the specified percentage of its deposits — not a fixed dollar amount. The recurring debit amount is an estimate of that percentage based on recent deposit history. Either party may initiate reconciliation as described in the agreement, and if Merchant’s deposits change, the debit amount is adjusted to match the agreed percentage of actual deposits.
3. Account requirements
- The Account must be a business deposit account on which the signer is an owner or authorized signer;
- Merchant agrees to maintain the Account as its primary deposit account while the purchased amount remains undelivered, and to notify us before changing banks so the authorization can be moved to the new account.
4. Errors and returned entries
Commercial ACH entries are governed by the Nacha Operating Rules. If an entry is debited in error, contact us at support@getmefundednow.com and we will correct it promptly. [RETURNED-ENTRY FEE AND RE-PRESENTMENT POLICY — counsel to set]
5. Revoking this authorization
Merchant may revoke this authorization by written notice to support@getmefundednow.com at least [e.g. 3 business days] before the next scheduled entry. Revocation stops ACH collection but does not change what the agreement itself requires: Merchant must arrange an alternative remittance method under the agreement, and revoking ACH access without arranging one may constitute a breach of the agreement’s terms.
6. This page is not the agreement
The funding agreement — drafted by counsel and provided before signature — controls if anything here conflicts with it. [FINAL AUTHORIZATION TEXT — attorney to conform to the executed purchase agreement]
